These Terms of Service govern your use of the website operated by the Committee to Elect Kevin Hanley Pacific Grove City Council D1 2026 (the “Campaign,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using this website, you agree to these terms.
Website Purpose
This website provides information about Kevin Hanley’s campaign for Pacific Grove City Council, District 1, and allows visitors to contact, volunteer with, endorse, or donate to the Campaign. Campaign information may be updated as circumstances change.

You may use this website only for lawful purposes. You may not interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, submit false or harmful information, use automated systems to overload the website, or use the website in a way that violates another person’s rights.
Volunteer and Contact Submissions
Information submitted through the volunteer form should be accurate and should belong to the person submitting it. Submitting a form does not create an employment, agency, or contractual relationship with the Campaign.

Messages may include campaign updates, event information, volunteer opportunities, and requests for donation. Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply. Consent to receive text messages is optional and is not a condition of making a donation, volunteering, or receiving campaign information by another method.
Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Your carrier’s messaging and data terms apply. You are responsible for providing a valid mobile number and notifying us if the number changes.
Donations and External Services
Donation links may direct you to a third-party payment processor. Any donation is subject to applicable election law, contribution limits, eligibility rules, and the processor’s terms and privacy policy. The Campaign is not responsible for the content or operation of third-party websites.
